All repairs must be sent to us prepaid. Equipment, which is repaired under warranty without charge, will be returned with normal transportation charges prepaid by Manfrotto Distribution.
Unfortunately, Manfrotto Distribution cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit to or from our service facility. That responsibility lies in the hands of the shipper. Manfrotto Distribution strongly recommends that any shipments be sent with a carrier that provides a tracking number, such as UPS or FedEx, or that they at least be sent insured from the carrier.
PACKAGING:
Equipment should be placed in a sturdy carton allowing for at least three inches of packing material on all sides. Damage caused by improper packing is the responsibility of the sender. Please include cover letter with details.
